How do we supply you with a family tree
Shipping and handling is free within the Czech Republic.
Depending on the nature of the goods we choose the transport, most often DPD or PPL .
Due to the nature of the goods, made to order, we accept payment in advance by bank transfer to 1103535037/3030.
We are not VAT payers.
Due to the nature of custom-made goods, the purchase contract cannot be withdrawn from within the statutory period of 14 days. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
Each family tree is carefully packed, in two boxes.
The outer box protects the goods mainly against soiling. The inner box is then suitable for donation. We make the lining of the inner box ourselves to prevent mechanical damage or displacement during transport.
You can look forward to the family tree within 2-3 weeks after ordering .
We always inform you about the production in advance and before each shipment.
The production itself takes a few days. Some processes, such as drying the paint or gluing the joints, cannot be accelerated. It also depends on the speed and quality of the data supplied.

We always receive data in electronic form. Data should preferably be sent to in text form or in PDF format to email info@familytreefactory.com.
The best way to handle is with the.GEDCOM file (generated by common genealogy programs).

2. Your data and proposal
Send us your data. We will draw up a graphic design of the family tree and send it for approval. Your approval of the data is always final.
3. Production and dispatch
Production takes a few days. Some processes, such as drying, cannot be accelerated. We send the finished family tree within 2-3 weeks.
The family tree is ready for donation. Each is packed in two boxes. The outer box serves only as a protective shipping package. Inner you will use when donating.
On every family tree or stand we will engrave a free dedication on request. Write for him.
Is it possible to choose the look of the family tree?
Yes, I’m sure. Look at an overview of ring family trees here. The designs can be freely combined or a completely new one can be prepared.
Often we also change the centre image for e.g. our own photo. Just write to us, send us a photo of a place or a native house and we will prepare it for production.
Will you make me a family tree even if I don’t want just an “ancestral record”?
Yes, I’m sure. Let us know, we’d be happy to we’ll customize the family tree to your requirements, your ideas. We will also take into account other distributions of your ancestors or descendants in the family tree.
Similarly, we display other data or dates than usual (for example, birthdays, place of birth, occupation, etc.).
